Motorcycle hits girl, 14, on Formentera: critical

A motorcycle hits a 14-year-old girl near Migjorn beach on Formentera on Tuesday evening. On Wednesday, 14 October, she remains in a critical condition in intensive care at Can Misses Hospital on Ibiza. The collision happened at about 20.45 in the Bungalows Es Pins development, according to the 061 emergency medical service.
Paramedics first took the girl to Formentera Hospital, then flew her by helicopter to Can Misses. She arrived at 22.56 with severe multiple injuries, the health authority for Ibiza and Formentera said. She is an Argentine national.
