On Mallorca, the safety line at Pas des Duro in Escorca is interrupted on the last vertical section before Sa Canal des Francesos: firefighters are urging anyone entering the area to take extra care. The Firefighters of Mallorca issued the warning on 1 November after finding a problem with the installed fixed rope. In a social media post, they said the safety line is not continuous at that point. Anyone making their way along the section should bear the interruption in mind and take particular care as they move through it.
