From 08.00 to 21.00, the car park operates as a blue zone, with a 90-minute limit. From 21.00 to 08.00, there is no time limit, so residents can leave their cars there overnight. Vehicles over 3.5 tonnes cannot park on the site.

Mayor Jaume Llompart said the new spaces make it easier to reach an area where parking is in high demand. The daytime limit is intended to free up spaces for more drivers.
