Prohens to visit Balearic hotel school over local food

Local food links hotel schools in three regions: Balearic Islands president Marga Prohens visits the Hospitality School of the Balearic Islands on Wednesday to learn about the project. It promotes exchanges and joint food events among schools in the Balearic Islands, Catalonia and Occitania.
The project, “Gastronomy and Tradition: Committed to Local Products 2025–2027”, is part of the Pyrenees-Mediterranean Euroregion’s AMI Gastronomie programme. University of the Balearic Islands rector Jaume Carot and the school’s managing director, Maria Llompart, will welcome Prohens at 10.30 am.
