Mallorca: Prohens joins Pujada a Lluc Sunday Mass

Mallorca’s president Marga Prohens will join the Pujada a Lluc Mass and offering at Lluc Sanctuary in Escorca on Sunday. The event begins at 08.30. Prohens will also speak during the ceremony.

She will be welcomed in Plaça Pelegrins by Mallorca Island Council president Llorenç Galmés, Escorca mayor Antoni Solivellas and Llorenç Gelabert, president of the Association of Former Blavets of Lluc.

Prohens will take part in presenting a silver badge to Father Rubí, the former director of the choir of the Former Blavets of Lluc. She will bring a basket of non-perishable food for the offering.

The programme ends with the pilgrims’ Mass, led by Mallorca bishop Sebastià Taltavull.
