Mallorca's Valldemossa port road shut after wall falls

Mallorca’s road to the port of Valldemossa is closed to traffic: heavy rain over the past few days has brought down a retaining wall on the Ma-1131. The road remains shut on Wednesday, 21 October.
The closure will stay in place until repairs are finished, according to information from the Roads Department of the Council of Mallorca seen by Europa Press. That means the Ma-1131 cannot be used to reach the port while the work continues. The information gives no date for the end of the repairs or the reopening of the road.
