Cancellation terms
Flexible
Cancellation up to 1 days before the start: 100 % of the charter price is refunded.
After that, no refund of the charter price.
Moderate
Cancellation up to 10 days before the start: 70 % of the charter price is refunded.
After that, no refund of the charter price.
Strict
Cancellation up to 30 days before the start: 60 % of the charter price is refunded.
After that, no refund of the charter price.
Extras are refunded in full. The scale applies only to the charter price. The security deposit is not collected.
Each deadline includes 23:59:59 in the Europe/Madrid time zone on the relevant day.
