Listing terms for yacht partners

These terms govern the presentation and brokerage of the charter company’s boats on Mallorca.com.

1. The charter company is Mallorca.com’s contracting party for the listed boats. The person acting confirms that they are authorised to make this declaration and manage the company.
2. For bookings concluded through Mallorca.com, the charter company owes only the commission stored in its account, currently 25%. Bookings concluded outside the platform are not covered by this commission.
3. All information about boats, prices, availability and services must be complete, accurate and current. Mandatory costs must be identified clearly and may not be concealed later or presented in a misleading way.
4. Inquiries must generally be answered within two working days. The charter company must keep its calendars current and block unavailable periods without delay.
5. The charter company confirms that it holds the necessary rights to all supplied photos and text and grants Mallorca.com the usage rights required to display, translate and promote the listing.
6. The charter company meets all legal, regulatory, tax, insurance and safety requirements for charter operations. It indemnifies Mallorca.com against claims arising from a breach for which the charter company is responsible.
7. Mallorca.com may review listings before publication, request changes, and reject, temporarily hide or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, outdated or of insufficient quality.
8. Guest contact details and other personal data may be used only to handle the specific inquiry or booking, perform the contract and comply with legal obligations.
9. The agreement continues for an indefinite term and may be terminated by either party. Confirmed bookings and the resulting obligations remain unaffected by termination.
10. Changes to these terms will be announced at least 30 days before they take effect. If renewed acceptance is required, partner changes to listings may be suspended until acceptance is recorded.
