Mallorca: 27 concerts set for Can Tàpera in Palma
Mallorca gets 27 concerts at Can Tàpera in Palma, Mallorca: the new season opens on Friday 9 October with piano, cello, oboe and voice. Fundació Sa Nostra launches its second Experiencias Musicales series in the venue’s Sala Capella at 20.00. The opening concert will mix performances with a look at what is coming over the following months.
The programme runs until 28 May 2027, with concerts scheduled on Fridays at 20.00. It includes chamber music, singing, strings and percussion. November brings Two Little Rooms and Ricercare, while a December concert, La música parla, pairs music with words.
The foundation wants the series to go beyond a standard recital, bringing music together with other art forms, including film and dance. Later concerts will explore film and piano, as well as music for harp and oboe. Three more dates are planned for May before the season closes on the 28th.
