Manacor: five ocean films arrive on 6 September

Five ocean documentaries will screen in Manacor, Mallorca, on 6 September as the International Ocean Film Tour stops in the town for the first time. The 18.00 showing is expected to last about 150 minutes and features films set in places including Scotland and Hawaii. Marine biologist Gigi Torras, from the collective ‘Daugthers of the Deep’, will attend, while the festival will also hold a draw for experiences.

The films will be shown in their original language with Spanish subtitles and sign language.

Manacor is among the final stops on the European tour, which has already visited more than 19 Spanish cities. The organisation says the 2026 edition is close to its end after the tour.
