Palma theatre season tickets go on sale Wednesday
Season tickets for the 2026-2027 programme go on sale at Palma's Teatre Principal on Wednesday, with subscribers getting first choice of seats. Sales will be available at the box office and online. General ticket sales begin on Saturday.
The first 50 people to buy a subscription in person at the theatre box office will receive a gift. The box office opens from Wednesday to Saturday, 11.00 to 14.00 and 17.00 to 21.00. On Sundays, ticket and subscription sales start an hour before the performance.
Discounts stay in place
The theatre is keeping its existing prices and subscription options for the new season. The Extra pass cuts the cost by 40 per cent when buyers choose five or more shows, excluding opera.
A general subscription offers 25 per cent off three or four shows, again excluding opera. The Family Intergenerational pass gives 25 per cent off when two tickets are bought for two or more shows.
The Duo Descompte pass also offers 25 per cent off for two double tickets for two or more shows, excluding opera. Dance subscriptions cut 25 per cent from two or more tickets for dance performances, while the opera pass gives 20 per cent off two or more opera shows.
Three September openings
La Zaranda starts the season on 25 September with Todos los ángeles alzaron el vuelo, a work of reflection and social criticism about the outskirts.
Estes Guntín opens the dance season on 27 September with Quiso negro, a visual show rooted in the iconography and symbols of ritual. On 30 September, the Fira B! will host Josep R. Cerdà's award-winning L'arquitecte.
