Responsible for this content: Frank Menze

On Menorca, in the Balearic Islands, vocational students now have a bus home after afternoon classes: from Monday, 2 November, services run between Maó and Ciutadella in both directions. The Balearic Islands’ Department of Education and Universities says students no longer have to rely on regular bus timetables to get to and from their courses.

The bus for students at the Centro del Mar and two institutes in the Bintaufa area leaves Ciutadella at 13.45. It stops at Platja Gran and Vía Perimetral, then travels through Ferreries, Es Mercadal and Alaior, reaching the institute area at 14.50. The return bus leaves at 21.10 and stops in the same towns.
